The Competition Bill will be brought for the second reading in the Legislative Council by July this year. Under tenslons between the fovement and business community regrading various content of the bill, such deadlock may lead to die out of it. To address the concerns of the business community and the small and medium sized enterprises towards the bill, Faculty of Law of the University of Hong Kong, Office of Legislative Councilor Hon. Ronny Tong Ka Wah, SC and Community Development Initiative will co-organize a seminar related to the Competition law and invited Professor Richard Whish, the famous scholar studying competition law, as the keynote speaker, to give his views to the stakeholders.
